Business Support Officer

Bridgemead Consulting is looking for a Business Support Officer in Lagos to provide day-to-day administrative, operational and coordination support across the firm, working closely with the Business & Operations Manager. This is an early-career opportunity for someone seeking practical exposure to operations, finance, people operations and client delivery within a fast-paced advisory environment.

What you would do

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Business & Operations Manager.
• Manage correspondence, scheduling and calendars for the team.
• Coordinate procurement, office supplies, vendor relationships and logistics for meetings and events.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of operational processes and SOPs and track project resources and timelines.
• Assist with basic finance tasks including expense tracking and invoice processing.
• Support recruitment and onboarding and maintain confidential employee records.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' professional experience in administrative, operations or business support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with project management, CRM or scheduling tools such as Trello, Asana, Notion or HubSpot is advantageous.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment; high level of discretion and professionalism with confidential information.
