Business Strategy Officer
About this role

What you would do
- Support creation, review and implementation of corporate, business unit and functional strategies.
- Coordinate with departments to align strategic objectives with daily execution.
- Translate strategic priorities into measurable initiatives, KPIs and targets.
- Contribute to strategy documents, board reports and executive updates.
- Prepare reports, presentations and action trackers for business reviews.
- Follow up with stakeholders to close action items from strategy sessions.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Track progress of strategic initiatives and transformation programmes.
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform strategy and growth.
- Assess new markets, products and opportunities and support launch strategies.

- Minimum of a first degree in a related discipline (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management Sciences, Social Sciences, Engineering, IT).
- Postgraduate degree in Business, Strategy, Finance or related field is an added advantage.
