Stretchit Concept Limited in Lagos is seeking a contract Business Strategy and Financial Forecasting Consultant to evaluate a proposed new venture and assess its viability. The role involves analysing the opportunity, building financial forecasts, identifying risks and delivering a clear recommendation to management.

What you would do

• Conduct a thorough assessment of the proposed business opportunity, market context and business model.
• Create financial forecasts, projections and financial models.
• Analyse revenue potential, costs, margins, profitability and cash-flow needs.
• Prepare break-even and scenario analyses (best-case, expected-case and worst-case).
• Review the assumptions underpinning the business model and identify key financial and commercial risks.
• Provide practical recommendations and an objective go/no-go decision for management.

• A Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in business strategy, financial forecasting, investment analysis, feasibility studies or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modelling skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience evaluating new business opportunities or developing business cases.
• Strong understanding of revenue modelling, costing, pricing, margins, cash flow and profitability.
• Excellent report-writing and presentation skills.
