About this role
A full-time, field-based role for Ekiti as a Business Relationship Manager. You will grow the merchant network, oversee terminal deployments and offer financial solutions to local businesses, with 2–4 years of sales experience in banking, fintech or payment services preferred.
What you would do
- Identify, visit and onboard prospective merchants through field outreach
- Educate business owners on Moniepoint products and recommend suitable solutions
- Meet monthly targets for active merchant onboarding, terminal deployment and loan activity
- Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding with accurate KYC documentation and adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Build and nurture long-term merchant relationships to drive activity and retention
- Serve as the primary contact for merchant queries

- Bachelor’s degree, HND or OND from a recognised tertiary institution
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on sales experience, preferably in banking, fintech, payment services, or fast-moving commercial environments
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in merchant onboarding, field sales or client acquisition
- Deep understanding of the local financial services landscape and regional trading dynamics
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Practical experience with POS terminal deployment, payment acquiring, or business loan products
