• Bachelor's degree or HND in engineering, social science or related field
• Two or more years of relevant experience in business process documentation and management
• Experience conducting audits and process analysis/improvement
• Basic knowledge of ITIL and ISO 20000-1; strong QA/QC knowledge
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Visio; data analysis/tools like Excel and Power BI
• Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills; ability to work independently and under pressure
