A full-time Business Operations and Systems Officer/Lead role in Abuja focused on building and standardising the group’s operating backbone, including CRM, processes, and shared documentation. What you would do

• Design and implement stage-gate controls for mandates with written terms and approvals
• Make the CRM the single source for leads, partners and stakeholders and drive its daily use
• Map core processes across the group and entities to identify delays and duplication
• Optimise digital platforms and automation across Zoho suite
• Maintain and structure the shared drive with clear naming and current content
• Write and maintain standard operating procedures for priority activities and train staff
