What you would do
- Develop and execute strategic sales campaigns to meet or exceed booking targets
- Identify, pitch, and secure partnerships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and high-net-worth individuals
- Manage listings, pricing strategies, and lead conversions across direct digital channels, social media, and OTAs
- Oversee daily property operations and coordinate staff to maintain service standards
- Host guests and manage guest relations to secure repeat bookings
- Monitor revenue, control operating expenses, and track occupancy metrics
- Provide weekly/monthly commercial reporting to executive management
- Collaborate on digital marketing and channel management strategies
- Ensure operational profitability and compliant financial practices
- Support overall business development initiatives for Opulentia Manor

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing or related field
