What you would do
- Analyze fleet operating costs, revenue trends and profitability metrics.
- Develop actual-versus-target performance reports.
- Analyze fleet performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor asset utilisation, downtime, vehicle availability and route performance.
- Conduct fuel consumption analysis and identify efficiency opportunities.
- Establish and monitor utilisation, productivity, fuel-efficiency and revenue benchmarks.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning activities.
- Present insights and performance reports to management.
- Develop fleet performance dashboards and management reports.
- Develop actionable recommendations to improve fleet productivity and profitability.
What they are asking for
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- 3-5 years' experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Logistics Analytics, Fleet Analytics or related analytical role.
- Experience within logistics, fleet management, transportation or supply chain operations is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Experience with data visualization, KPI reporting, forecasting and dashboard development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
