Business Development Officer (SME Lending)

About this role

TrustBanc Group is looking for a Business Development Officer to support SME lending in its Abuja operations. The role focuses on generating leads from SME clients, promoting loan products, assisting with onboarding and loan documentation, and tracking leads and applications. The officer will help maintain customer records and support the team to achieve lending targets. What you would do

• Identify and generate leads from prospective SME customers
• Engage and promote SME loan products to potential clients
• Support customer onboarding and collect required loan documentation
• Follow up on leads, loan applications, and prospective customers
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Support the Business Development team in achieving lending targets

• Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1)

• Detail-oriented and proactive
