Business Development & Marketing Officer

About this role

Based in Lagos, this role combines business development with marketing and communications duties for Dragnet Nigeria. It involves identifying and pursuing new opportunities, supporting client acquisition and partnerships to drive revenue, and assisting with marketing campaigns, brand management and client engagement.

What you would do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads
• Support client acquisition, proposals, and partnership development
• Build and maintain client and partner relationships
• Support marketing campaigns, communications and brand management
• Produce marketing content and coordinate channels and media
• Support events, client engagement and outreach

What they are asking for

• Experience in business development, sales or client-facing roles, and experience in marketing, communications or related roles
• Experience in healthcare, HMO or services environments is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications or related discipline
• Completion of NYSC or valid exemption where applicable
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with commercial awareness and analytical/reporting ability
• Knowledge of marketing practice, campaigns, content and channels, plus creativity and attention to detail
