LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited seeks an experienced, commercially driven Business Development Manager for Network Connectivity to drive revenue growth in the network connectivity and telecommunications market. The role involves identifying, developing and converting opportunities across sectors such as Enterprise, Financial Services, Government, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, FMCG and SMEs, and working with Technical/Presales teams to deliver commercially viable solutions for senior decision-makers.
What you would do
- Develop and execute strategies for the Network Connectivity portfolio to achieve revenue growth.
- Identify, qualify and convert new B2B and enterprise connectivity opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Generate revenue through prospecting, partnerships, networking and strategic account development.
- Sell connectivity solutions including DIA, broadband, point-to-point/point-to-multipoint, SD-WAN, MPLS, wireless and last-mile connectivity, managed connectivity, data centre/cloud connectivity, branch connectivity and network redundancy.
- Collaborate with Technical/Presales to design solution concepts, prepare Bills of Quantities and commercial offers; engage senior decision-makers.
- Manage relationships with key decision-makers to drive the sales cycle to closure.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales or B2B technology sales, preferably within Telecommunications, ISP, ICT or Network Infrastructure.
- Demonstrable experience selling network connectivity or enterprise ICT solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving significant B2B sales and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian telecommunications and connectivity market.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
