What you would do
- Monitor customer activities and maintain sales reports.
- Conduct field visits, generate leads, and onboard new customers.
- Drive sales and negotiate business deals to meet monthly targets.
- Promote the company’s products, technology solutions, and credit services.
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners and healthcare providers.
- Identify and acquire new customers, particularly retail pharmacies and pharmaceutical wholesalers.
What they are asking for
- 3–5 years of B2B field sales experience, with at least 2 years selling to pharmacies, hospitals, FMCG outlets or healthcare distributors.
- Proficiency in smartphones, CRM applications and Google Workspace.
- Must reside in Abeokuta or be willing to relocate at personal expense.
- Experience in trade credit, microfinance or fintech sales is acceptable.
- Fluency in English and Pidgin; Yoruba is compulsory.
- Proven record of achieving ₦20M+ monthly sales targets and acquiring 30+ new accounts monthly.
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; Pharmacy, Business or Marketing is an advantage.
