Business Development Manager (Delta)

About this role

DAG Nigeria Industries Limited seeks a Business Development Manager for Delta to identify and develop new business opportunities in the automobile, motorcycle, tricycle and tyre markets, while building a dealer network and managing relations with fleet and corporate customers. The role targets someone with at least five years in business development, sales or related roles in the mobility or automotive sector and a relevant degree or HND.

What you would do

• Identify new business opportunities within the automobile, motorcycle, tricycle and tyre markets.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and prepare proposals for prospective customers.
• Recruit and onboard dealers and distributors.
• Expand the dealer and distribution network across assigned territories.
• Develop relationships with fleet owners and corporate customers.

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification in Sales, Marketing or Business Development is an added advantage.
• Minimum of five years' experience in business development, sales or commercial roles.
• Proven experience in the automobile, automotive, motorcycle, tricycle, tyres, spare parts or related mobility industry.
• Demonstrated experience in tyre sales, fleet business, dealer management, or automotive distribution.
• Experience developing and managing dealer/distributor networks is highly desirable.
