The role is suitable for professionals with a background in business development, sales or account management; experience in FMCG, distribution, or retail is highly desirable.

What you would do

• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, customers, distributors and strategic partnerships.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into active customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer needs and market trends.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations and commercial offers as required.

• Minimum of B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related discipline.
• Masters degree is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related role.
• FMCG, distribution, retail or related industry experience is highly desirable.

• Ability to identify and convert business opportunities; strong analytical and commercial awareness; able to work independently and deliver measurable results.
