What you would do
- Develop and execute the company's business development strategy for its services portfolio.
- Analyse market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
- Penetrate new markets and identify revenue streams within IOC and NOC client base in Nigeria.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients (IOCs).
- Lead and direct technical and engineering work to scope client projects.
- Translate enquiries into costed technical solutions and manage costing/feasibility reviews.
- Source and manage relationships with key OEMs and partners to integrate technology and services.
- Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and sales tools.
- Review RFPs/RFQs and respond to clarifications.
- Lead commercial negotiations with clients and oversee contract documentation with legal team.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
- Master's or professional qualification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
- 6–8 years of experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Project Management in the Nigerian Oil & Gas services industry.

- Deep understanding of Oil & Gas service offerings and ability to manage complex project scopes.
- Strong strategic thinking, market analysis, and communication skills.
