Business Development & Executive Assistant

Bisimkha Homes in Abuja is offering a full-time Business Development and Executive Assistant role. It focuses on growing the business, developing relationships and supporting the CEO’s day-to-day coordination; the ideal candidate is proactive, organised and highly presentable.

What you would do

• Identify and engage corporate organisations, cooperatives, professional associations, clubs and other relevant groups
• Deliver business proposals, formal letters and invitations to targeted organisations
• Follow up consistently to secure meetings, seminars, training sessions and other opportunities
• Maintain an organised database of contacts, prospects and follow-up activities
• Support the CEO in meetings, presentations, property inspections and business engagements
• Coordinate logistics for seminars, Property Discovery Tours and other company activities

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional when approaching organisations and senior decision-makers
• Strong follow-up, persuasion and relationship-building abilities
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently; good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and digital communication tools
• Willingness to travel within and outside Abuja for business development activities
