Business Development Executive

About this role

JV Management Consulting is seeking a confident, proactive, and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth in Abuja by generating new clients and expanding the firm’s market presence in the insurance sector.

What you would do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance market
• Generate leads and convert prospects into new clients
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Promote and explain the company’s insurance products and services to potential customers
• Conduct sales presentations and client meetings
• Follow up on leads and proposals

What they are asking for

• HND or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Economics or a related field
• 2-3 years' experience in business development, sales or marketing, preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong understanding of sales and client acquisition strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills
• Proven ability to generate leads and close business
• Must be based in or willing to work in Abuja; female candidates are preferred
