Business Development Executive
About this role
A Business Development Executive role in Lagos focusing on identifying and securing new business in the Oil & Gas and EPC sectors, with emphasis on tendering, bidding, and client acquisition. What you would do
- Identify and pursue new opportunities in Oil & Gas and EPC sectors
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and contractors
- Monitor market developments and maintain a business development pipeline
- Coordinate preparation and submission of bids and tender documents
- Work with internal teams to gather information for bids and support commercial negotiations
- Maintain client engagement and support contract renewals and cross-selling opportunities

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Economics or related field
- 4 to 6 years of relevant business development experience
- Mandatory practical experience in Oil & Gas tendering and bidding
- Experience in an EPC, engineering, procurement, construction or technical services environment (preferred)
- Strong understanding of Oil & Gas procurement processes, tendering and commercial practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills
