Global Rainbowbird Partners in Lagos is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth, expand the customer base, and build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers and corporate clients in the bottled water and FMCG sector. The role targets a commercially minded professional with a proven sales record in bottled water or FMCG who can start immediately. The position is based in Lagos and requires immediate availability.

What you would do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Generate and convert quality leads into customers.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and corporate clients.
• Drive sales growth and close deals to meet targets.
• Expand the distribution network and monitor market trends, pricing and competitors.
• Prepare regular sales and business development reports.

What they are asking for

• Minimum OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Prior experience with a reputable bottled water company is compulsory; experience in sales/business development in bottled water or FMCG.
• Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion and closing skills.
• Excellent customer relationship management and communication/interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the Lagos market and distribution channels; target-driven, energetic, confident and commercially minded.
• Availability for immediate start.
