Business Development Executive
About this role
A Business Development Executive role based in Imo for Hased Human Resources Consultants Limited. The role focuses on expanding the client base for training, HR outsourcing, recruitment and consulting services.
What you would do
- Identify and win new corporate clients for our services
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects across sectors
- Present services to decision-makers and prepare proposals with the team
- Follow up leads to closure and maintain client relationships
- Submit weekly pipeline and monthly sales reports
