Business Development Executive

About this role

A Business Development Executive is wanted to grow ASA Security’s client base and drive revenue by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting security services in Lagos. The role targets professionals with B2B sales experience and the ability to engage senior decision-makers.

What you would do

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach
• Conduct meetings with prospective clients to present security solutions
• Prepare proposals and deliver sales presentations
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure
• Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
• Experience selling security services is an advantage
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
