Business Development Executive
About this role
A full-time Business Development Executive role based in Lagos, focused on identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the Oil & Gas and EPC sectors, with emphasis on tendering, bidding, and client acquisition. The position requires hands-on Oil & Gas tendering and bidding experience and is for candidates with relevant business development background.
What you would do
- Monitor market developments and identify opportunities in Oil & Gas and EPC sectors
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential contracts
- Research markets and potential projects and clients
- Organise and participate in client meetings and industry events
- Prepare and submit bid documentation and commercial submissions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely tender submissions and post-tender follow-up

- 4–6 years of relevant Business Development experience
- Proven experience in Oil & Gas tendering and bidding
- Experience preparing proposals, commercial submissions and tender documents
- Strong understanding of Oil & Gas procurement and tendering processes

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with Oil & Gas clients and stakeholders
