About this role

Position: Business Development Executive in Lagos for Lopterra's client in the construction and renovation sector. The role focuses on identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, building and maintaining client partnerships, and expanding the organisation’s customer portfolio to support growth.

What you would do

• Identify and develop new clients, projects, markets and business opportunities in the construction and renovation industry.
• Research potential clients and organisations requiring construction or renovation services.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, industry events, research and direct outreach.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits to understand project requirements.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations and commercial presentations; negotiate to convert opportunities.
• Maintain an active business development pipeline with regular sales forecasts and reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering, business development, sales or related industry.
• Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, client acquisition or relationship management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant CRM/business development tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
