Business Assistant Officer to the Managing Director/CEO

The position is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Assistant Officer to the Managing Director/CEO at Humanify 360 Consulting, a real estate marketing and development company based in Ikoyi, Lagos. What you would do

• Create business reports, slide decks, letters and other official documents for internal or external use.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the MD/CEO.
• Coordinate the MD/CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings and engagements.
• Represent the MD/CEO in dealings with clients, partners, stakeholders and colleagues.
• Arrange meetings and ensure all necessary documents and materials are prepared.
• Maintain orderly filing systems and keep company and executive records accurate and up-to-date.

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• At least two years of relevant professional experience following NYSC.
• Experience in roles such as business assistant or executive/personal assistant is beneficial.
• Solid knowledge of the real estate industry, preferably with hands-on exposure to real estate operations or property management.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills, plus good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Resident in Lagos and able to work physically from Ikoyi.
