Business and Operations Manager
About this role
Bridgemead Consulting is seeking a Business & Operations Manager in Lagos to lead internal operations, business administration and organisational effectiveness. The role works closely with the Managing Director and Lead Consultants and is suited to someone with hands-on experience managing operational, financial, people and administrative functions in a professional services or knowledge-based organisation.
What you would do
- Oversee daily operations and cross-functional coordination across consulting, finance and administration.
- Design, implement and continually improve workflows, SOPs, internal controls and operational processes.
- Monitor KPIs, identify inefficiencies and lead process-improvement initiatives.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance or related discipline (Master's degree or MBA advantageous).
- 4-5 years of progressive experience in business operations, office/practice management or similar operational leadership role.
- Experience in a consulting, professional services or knowledge-based organisation preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, vendor relationships and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with project management, CRM and reporting tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, HubSpot, Notion and Microsoft 365/Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of Nigerian labour regulations and HR administration; strong organisational and communication skills.
