Business Analyst
About this role
A Business Analyst role in First Bank of Nigeria, supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for multiple business units. Intended for professionals with at least six years in MIS, finance or budgeting, familiar with financial analysis and reporting in a banking environment.
What you would do
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for various business units.
- Conduct detailed financial and variance analysis and prepare trend reports.
- Assist in the preparation and review of management reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with business units to collect and validate financial and operational data.
- Develop KPIs and financial models to support new initiatives and strategic projects.
- Facilitate financial review meetings and prepare supporting presentations and documentation.
What they are asking for
- First degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Science or Engineering.
- Master's degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance (ACA, CIBN or similar).
- Experience in MIS (Management Information System).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytics tools, SQL or similar.
- Experience in finance or accounting.
- Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in MIS, finance, forecasting, budgeting or similar.
