What you would do

- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
- Prepare material schedules, measurements and cost estimates
- Monitor project timelines, budgets and quality control
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Handle property maintenance and renovation for managed estates
- Prepare weekly site progress reports for management

- HND or BSc in Building Technology, Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in building construction supervision
- Proficient in interpreting drawings and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of building materials, costing and finishing
- Experience in residential and commercial projects
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- CORBON/NIOB registration is an added advantage
- Must reside within Lagos
