About this role

Junior level, full-time Bread Improver Sales Executive based in Lagos. The role involves promoting bread improver products to markets, bakeries and dealers, building relationships and driving sales growth through field visits and lead generation.

What you would do

• Visit markets, bakeries, distributors, dealers and potential customers to promote bread improver products.
• Identify and develop new customers and dealers within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and market stakeholders.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into active customers.
• Monitor product availability and stock levels with customers and dealers.
• Follow up on customer orders to ensure timely replenishment.

What they are asking for

• OND, HND, BSc or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Food Science or related field.
• 0–2 years of sales, marketing, business development, merchandising or field sales experience.
• Experience in FMCG, bakery products, food ingredients, flour, bread improvers, or related products is an advantage.
• Comfortable working extensively in the field and visiting markets, bakeries, dealers and customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and ability to work independently.
