A Brand & Marketing Manager is needed for a fast-growing food and beverage distribution business in Lagos. The role focuses on developing and executing brand and marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, sales growth and profitability, working with Sales, Finance and Operations.
What you would do
- Develop and execute annual brand and marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives
- Manage assigned brands including positioning, consumer strategy and market expansion
- Create integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional media, events and trade channels
- Drive trade marketing to support sales volume, distribution and visibility
- Oversee digital marketing, social media and influencer initiatives
- Track brand performance and provide insights to improve campaigns and ROI
What they are asking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Advertising or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in brand management, marketing, trade marketing or FMCG
- Strong experience in FMCG/beverages or related sectors preferable
- Experience managing brands and campaigns from strategy to execution
- Experience working with sales teams, distributors, agencies and trade partners
- Ability to analyse market data and measure campaign ROI
