About this role
A Brand and Marketing Manager is sought to lead brand strategy, marketing campaigns and trade activities for assigned brands in a Lagos-based fast-growing food and beverage distribution company. The role targets individuals with strong brand management experience who can translate strategy into commercial results, working with Sales, Distributors and Operations onsite in Isolo, Lagos.
What you would do
- Develop and implement annual brand and marketing plans aligned with commercial goals
- Manage assigned brands including positioning, consumer strategy and market growth
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, traditional media, events, activations and trade channels
- Drive trade marketing to support sales volume, distribution and visibility
- Create on-trade and off-trade activation programmes across relevant outlets
- Oversee digital marketing, social media and influencer/partnership initiatives

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Advertising or related field
- Minimum of 5 years in brand management, marketing, trade marketing or FMCG
- Experience in FMCG/beverages/hospitality or related sectors is desirable
- Proven ability to manage brands and campaigns from strategy to execution
- Experience collaborating with Sales, distributors, agencies and trade partners
- Strong commercial orientation and ability to measure campaign ROI
