What you would do

• Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies for assigned family wellness products within approved budgets
• Create and execute digital marketing plans across social media, e-commerce and influencer channels
• Manage the brand’s social media presence and customer engagement
• Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activity in family wellness and consumer health
• Track and analyse sales performance; adjust promotional and commercial strategies as needed
• Plan and oversee product promotions, campaigns, launches and other brand-building activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, brand management or portfolio management
• Experience in family wellness, consumer health, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, personal care or related industries preferred
• Proven experience managing products from strategy development to execution and performance monitoring
• Experience with digital marketing, e-commerce, social media and consumer-focused campaigns
• Strong competencies in brand management, digital marketing, market research and sales performance analysis
