Brand Manager

About this role

Brand Manager position with Evans Industries in Lagos. The role develops and manages brand strategies, positioning and communications for the company's home and personal care products (including Eva and Meditol ranges). It targets experienced professionals with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related field and at least five years in brand management or marketing.

What you would do

• Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company’s marketing objectives and target audience.
• Define and refine the brand’s positioning to differentiate it from competitors and resonate with target customers.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, market trends and competitor activities.
• Develop and oversee integrated marketing communications plans across advertising, digital marketing, public relations and social media.
• Manage the brand’s visual identity, including logos, packaging and brand guidelines, to ensure consistency with positioning.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product development and creative services to align brand strategies with business goals and ensure consistent messaging.
