Brand and Media Manager

Genade Homes is seeking a Brand and Media Manager to own the company’s brand and media presence and turn visibility into leads and sales. The role requires managing media creatives, coordinating with sales, and directing content creation across photos, reels, ads, and property listings. The position involves handling social media accounts, planning and running paid campaigns, and shaping brand strategy and visual identity across channels. It is based in Durumi, Abuja, and targets someone with strong ads optimization, content creation, and leadership skills. What you would do
- Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and ad ROI and report findings to management
- Lead and supervise the video editor, community manager and other media creatives
- Collaborate with the sales team to align campaigns with sales targets and project launches
- Create and direct content including photos, reels, ads, flyers, property listings and campaign creatives
- Manage all social media accounts with content planning, posting, community engagement and growth
- Plan, run and optimise paid ads across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and Google
- Develop and implement brand strategy, messaging and visual identity across channels
- Oversee media and PR efforts to boost visibility, inspection bookings and sales
