Brand and Marketing Officer

This role is for a Brand and Marketing Officer in Lagos, responsible for strengthening the company’s brand, managing marketing activities and supporting business growth. It targets a creative, proactive marketer with hands-on experience in branding and digital marketing.

What you would do

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across channels
• Conduct market and competitor research and identify opportunities
• Support lead generation, customer acquisition and engagement initiatives
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, events and partnerships
• Create marketing materials and monitor campaign performance with regular reports

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency with marketing tools; Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics or similar is an advantage
