YSG Chicken Co Nig Ltd is looking for a Branch Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a Lagos retail outlet. What you would do

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth business activities.
• Supervise sales attendants and monitor staff performance, punctuality, and discipline.
• Drive sales growth and achieve assigned branch sales targets.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and product availability to minimise losses and wastage.
• Ensure accurate daily sales records, payment reconciliation, and inventory reporting.
• Enforce compliance with company payment policies and financial procedures.
• Maintain hygiene, product handling, and cold-chain management.
• Attend to customer enquiries and resolve complaints while maintaining relationships.
• Monitor equipment functionality and report operational issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit daily sales, inventory, and operational reports.

What they are asking for

• Minimum OND/HND or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in retail operations, sales supervision, or store management.
• Experience in FMCG, frozen foods, supermarkets or food retailing is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, organisational and staff management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, sales reconciliation and basic accounting.
• Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of honesty, integrity, accountability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets and perform under pressure.
• Willingness to reside near the branch or relocate and to work weekends/Public holidays when required.
