What you would do
- Drive branch business plans aligned with the bank's objectives.
- Promote and increase deposits, lending and other revenue activities.
- Identify new business opportunities across retail, SME and corporate segments.
- Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, business owners and corporate clients.
- Monitor branch performance against budgets and KPIs.
- Improve market share, customer retention and profitability of the branch.
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure effective transaction processing, cash management, account opening and service delivery.
- Manage credit activities within authority and monitor loan performance and risk controls.
- Lead, supervise and develop branch staff to meet targets and maintain service standards.

- Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACIB, ACA, ACCA or similar is an advantage.
- 8–10 years of banking experience with significant branch banking, relationship management, sales or operations exposure.
- 3–5 years in a supervisory or management role in a financial institution.
- Proven track record in deposit mobilisation, revenue growth, customer acquisition and profitability.
