- Supervise and coach Loan Officers
- Monitor branch performance and ensure targets are met
- Prepare branch reports and ensure compliance
- Drive customer acquisition and growth of the loan portfolio
- Oversee loan recovery and portfolio quality
- Support field and office activities as required
