A Branch Manager is needed for a Kano branch to oversee day-to-day operations, drive branch performance, supervise staff, manage sales and collections, and ensure customer service and policy compliance. The role targets candidates with proven leadership in real estate or related customer-facing businesses and knowledge of the Kano market.
What you would do
- Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile collections, receipts, expenses and branch accounts
- Identify opportunities to improve branch performance, market penetration, customer retention and efficiency
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, legal, CRM and site operations teams to support operations
- Manage daily branch operations in line with policies, objectives and budgets
- Prepare and submit regular branch performance reports on sales, collections, expenses, customer feedback and operational challenges
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity, discipline and compliance with procedures

- At least 5 years of relevant work experience with supervisory or management roles
- Knowledge of Kano market; fluency in Hausa and English
- High integrity, sound judgement, customer focus and accountability
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Accounting or related field
- Experience in real estate, property sales, retail operations, financial services or similar customer-facing business is advantageous
