LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited is seeking experienced Branch Managers for the Oyo area. The role focuses on growing branch performance, profitability and operations while delivering inclusive insurance solutions to individuals, SMEs, cooperatives, associations and underserved communities, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
What you would do
- Drive branch sales to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets for premiums and policies.
- Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, market expansion and revenue growth.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with cooperatives, aggregators, SMEs, trade associations and community groups.
- Lead, coach and develop branch staff to achieve objectives and deliver service excellence.
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure underwriting, policy administration and claims processes comply with standards.
- Manage branch budgets and resources and prepare accurate financial and performance reports.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline.
- Professional insurance certification such as ACIIN or ACII (advantageous).
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in Insurance, Microinsurance, Banking, Financial Services or related industry.
- At least 2 years' supervisory or management experience.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, customer acquisition and revenue generation.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities with strong stakeholder management.
