What you would do
- Coordinate daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and policy compliance.
- Supervise staff activities, schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Monitor branch sales, revenue, expenses, and daily transactions with proper reporting.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operation and performance reports.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, organisation, and professional presentation at the branch.
- Handle customer complaints and operational concerns and implement solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and promote spa services to retain customers.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, including inventory and staff records.
- Coordinate customer bookings and service schedules to support operations.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment of spa products and supplies
