What you would do

• Inspect and maintain bored piling rigs and related foundation equipment.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs within the technical specialisation.
• Monitor hydraulic systems, engines, electrical circuits, control panels and sensors.
• Identify recurring breakdowns and suggest reliability improvements.
• Coordinate major repairs, component replacements and overhauls.
• Ensure maintenance aligns with manufacturer recommendations and approved procedures.
• Inspect engines, hydraulic systems, pumps, gearboxes and other mechanical components.
• Inspect electrical systems, wiring, motors and protection devices.
• Troubleshoot integrated control and mechatronics systems and assist with commissioning and performance verification.

• BSc, BEng or HND in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in heavy equipment maintenance or similar machinery.
• Practical experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, electronic or control-system specialization.
• Experience with bored piling rigs and auxiliary foundation equipment is highly desirable.
• OEM training, equipment maintenance certifications or professional memberships are advantages.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with preventive maintenance planning and reliability management.
• Good recordkeeping and reporting abilities.
• Willingness to work on remote project sites and be deployed across Nigeria; Lagos as primary location.
