What you would do
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
- Support payroll data accuracy
- Oversee all administrative operations and budgets
- Lead internal audit, risk management and compliance activities across locations

- BSc/HND in Social Science or related field
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD or HRCI) advantageous
- Minimum 8 years in HR and Administration in retail or fast-paced environments
- Experience managing large workforces across multiple locations
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 7–10 years in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Compliance or Loss Prevention (retail/FMCG)
- Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder management skills
