About this role

What you would do
- Report equipment faults and quality concerns to the supervisor
- Record production output, rejected units, and material usage accurately
- Perform in-process checks for blister integrity, seal quality, appearance, and batch coding
- Carry out equipment cleaning and line clearance before and after packaging
- Use packaging materials correctly (PVC/PVDC forming films and aluminium lidding foil) as specified
- Monitor operations to prevent mix-ups, wastage, and defects
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with GMP, safety and hygiene standards
- Operate blister packaging machines according to SOPs and batch packing instructions
- Set and monitor machine parameters for consistent forming and sealing quality
- Ensure proper feeding of tablets or capsules into blister cavities
