Bilingual (FR/ENG) Associate Product Management (Hybrid)

Beacon Power Services, a Nigeria-based provider of energy management software and analytics since 2010, seeks a Bilingual (FR/ENG) Associate in Product Management for Lagos. The role is hybrid, with two days in the office and three remote days, reporting to the Manager of Product Management. The successful candidate will gather and analyse user, operational, and market data, translate needs into product requirements, and support delivery and release readiness for an assigned module across utility solutions in Africa. They will collaborate with Engineering, Commercial, Strategy, and Operations to coordinate requirements and contribute to roadmap priorities and product improvements. What you would do

• Gather user, operational, and market data and translate into product requirements for an assigned module.
• Organise and summarise research findings, user feedback, and improvement requests.
• Contribute inputs and recommendations for roadmap planning of an assigned module.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, QA, and internal Tech teams to clarify requirements and support development.
• Maintain product documentation including workflows and changes, and ensure release readiness.
• Review delivered features to ensure requirements are met and support release activities.
• Define requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria for an assigned module.
• Track deployment-related issues and follow up with Engineering.
• Collect deployment feedback and document improvement opportunities and user requests.
• Answer simple product questions and clarify requirements during deployments.
