Bids & Tenders Manager

About this role

AIM Consultants is seeking a highly organised Bid and Tender Manager in Lagos to lead the full bid lifecycle for engineering, infrastructure, and Oil & Gas opportunities. The role focuses on preparing competitive proposals and coordinating inputs from multiple teams to win contracts.

What you would do

• Identify and evaluate tender opportunities across engineering, infrastructure, consulting and Oil & Gas
• Manage the end-to-end bid process from review to submission
• Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposals, EOIs and prequalification documents
• Develop bid strategies and proposal content tailored to client requirements
• Coordinate inputs from technical, finance and management teams for timely, compliant submissions
• Maintain bid documentation and analyse outcomes to improve win rates

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 5 to 7 years' bid or tender management experience
• Proven experience in preparing bids for engineering, construction, infrastructure or related projects
• Strong proposal writing, research, coordination and project management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
