Bids & Tender Officer
About this role
A Bids and Tender Officer role based in Lagos for a candidate with experience in tendering, proposals, or business development, preferably in oil and gas. The role supports identifying opportunities, preparing submissions and managing tender documentation to aid business development.
What you would do
- Identify and monitor tender opportunities and prequalification notices.
- Review tender documents and prepare submission checklists with the Bid and Tender Specialist.
- Assist in preparing technical, commercial, and administrative bid documents.
- Coordinate with departments to obtain required information and approvals.
- Ensure submissions are accurate, complete, compliant and meet deadlines.
- Manage vendor registration and prequalification processes and maintain tender documents database.

- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in tendering, proposal preparation, or business development.
- Experience in oil and gas is an advantage.
- Strong organisational, communication, documentation and time-management skills.
