Bids and Tender Officer
About this role
A full‑time Bids and Tender Officer in Lagos to support identifying opportunities, coordinating bid submissions and managing tender documentation for the company’s business development in the oil, gas and power sectors.
What you would do
- Prepare reports on tender activities and bid performance.
- Assist in preparing technical, commercial and administrative bid documents.
- Review tender documents and prepare submission checklists with the Bid and Tender Specialist.
- Maintain a database of tender documents, submissions and outcomes.
- Ensure submissions are accurate, complete, compliant and meet deadlines.
- Liaise with departments to obtain information and approvals; manage vendor registration and prequalification processes.

- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong organisational, communication and time-management skills.
- Experience in tendering, proposal preparation or business development (3–5 years).
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is an advantage.
