What you would do
- Manage bentonite operations for piling projects
- control slurry density and perform Marsh funnel testing
- conduct sand content testing and oversee slurry recycling systems
- operate and monitor bentonite mixing plants and desanders/desilting equipment
- establish and enforce bentonite quality control procedures
- supervise and optimise bentonite-related workflows
- coordinate with project teams on foundation engineering tasks
- ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- document testing results and process parameters
- support expansion-related projects as required

- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Geology, Geotechnics, Mining or related discipline
- minimum 3 years' experience managing bentonite operations
