A new hotel in Owerri, Imo is recruiting for Bartenders to join its Food & Beverage Service team. The role targets those with hospitality training or experience, strong guest service, and knowledge of drinks and food. Supervisory or management experience is needed for management positions. Preference is given to candidates with experience in five-star hotels or in international hotel brands.
What you would do
- Provide high standard beverage and service to guests
- Prepare and garnish drinks according to standards
- Engage with guests to deliver personalised service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of bar area
- Collaborate with the team to meet service targets
- Follow health and safety and hygiene practices
- Assist in managing bar stock and inventory
- Support supervisory or management staff as required
- Participate in training and maintain product knowledge
- Represent the hotel with professional presentation
