Bartender / Mixiologist

What you would do

• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth bar operations
• Create innovative cocktails and beverage menus when required
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering
• Handle POS transactions and customer billing accurately
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
• Maintain hygiene, safety and sanitation standards
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and regulations
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
